Grounding
I’m listening to The Liminal Lounge ep 1 as I’m driving to my Petsitting job (it’s 45 mins away, so it works out well). If I remember to do it, my protection bubble is pink and sparkling (only let in love/good and reflect the bad/harmful) but I usually only do it before going someplace I will meet people. Do I need to do it daily?
As for grounding. I do the box breathing before meditation and the “root-tree trunk style” My question is, how often do I need to do that. Does once in the morning stay all day? If I get interrupted (ADHD who owns birds and if outside there are BIRDS! Etc) do I need to ground again or is it technically still there?
