Not sure if we’re allowed to post on the main page but here I am haha.
Really excited to be apart of this group -. There aren’t many people in my life that have yet realized how important our physical and mental wellbeing is; and I myself am barely beginning to understand and to intentionally implement things I’ve downloaded regarding mental health and physical wellness over the last four years.
Every Tuesday I’ve been doing “therapy” nights - where I put my phone on DND, play some instrumental music, talk myself through the past week and my feeelings (lol), stretch and identify weak points in my body (which, right now, there there are more weak points than strong 😂😤)
just a time for me to intentionally pause everything, and be present with myself and my thoughts.
Posting this here to introduce myself but also to hold myself accountable in these weekly Tuesday sessions.
