“I DO THE WORK EVEN WHEN IT’S HARD”
This mantra will help to remind myself of who tf I am. Hopeful it helps you too 🫶 I noticed I let go of the New Year’s “toning” goal I set to achieve. Good thing the year’s only halfway through 🤭 Pick one task you’ve been avoiding! Do it. Even 10 minutes counts.

"Fall not into degrading weakness, for this becomes not a man who is a man. Throw off this ignoble discouragement, and arise like a fire that burns all before it."
Bhagavad Gita 2.3. WHEW!!! just hearing that puts me back on top. I STRAYED YALL! and today was the day the universe gave me a sign to get the F back on this beautiful path of spirituality. (the universe be testing) lol I woke up to bad news about a decision I made two months ago to split from my business partner. The workload was uneven, and I was feeling overwhelmed. SO I made the decision, voiced my plan and was met with pure revenge. Friendship of 17+ years down the drain because of a business decision. I wanted to not be work partners anymore but still remain friends. Not her. and today all my hard work on social media was DELETED: Google my business, instagram, facebook, alllll of it GONE. Years of my hard work. SO THERE IT WAS another sign of my attachment. I decided to not react despite all my earthly desires to do so. NOT ONE REACTION. I cleaned my space, showered, opened up my book, and was met with this quote. POWERFUL. just what I needed to hear. AND I will reframe this bad news to great news! to a sign and OPPORTUNITY that I can do it alll over again! I can and will build those socials back up and even better with more knowledge and experience. I will reframe this as a sign that I CAN DO IT by myself and a sign to remain involved. If I was not involved with myself and my consciousness it would've been a war. but being in pure involvement with myself helped me stand the F up for myself and not in the earthly way but in the spiritual way. Thanks for coming to my TEDTalk. If you can, don't let me stray ya'll! If anyone needs an accountability partner IM HERE for me AND you.

@Chris Conyers Chris! How exciting!! Yoga will most defff help you in your new goal. Like @Brittani Jarrendt, my 200 YTT was also life changing for me. From the way I approached traffic on my way there to the way I submerged myself in the teachings, I got to know myself in a different way. It will be hard work but oh so incredibly rewarding. Enjoy itttt so much 🫶💗 let us know how it goes!!! I’m rooting for you 🌻

@Brittani Jarrendt sounds like you’re practicing Wu Wei! In Taoism, Wu wei is a state of peace and effortless creativity that comes from going with the natural flow of life. It means letting things happen naturally without forcing or resisting, and allowing your actions to align with the way the universe naturally works. I loveeee that you’re courageously embracing the blank canvas 💪LFG! 🌻
