Self esteem and how to master yours
Video link from my youtube channel Inp to self esteem https://youtube.com/shorts/ZY2SELudxuU?si=MfwukgRwVL1pSuRO Hi all re set roomers, I am beginnong a content theme on the topic of self esteem. It is such a deep and juicy topic that has identity at its core. As a result, i love tp find the buttons to lift self esteem so otis automatic, removing the blocks to taking small daily actions that change our reality. These viseos will grow content and activities, some logical, some a little deeper in the unconscious, and some even deeper again in your subconscious stories, beliefs and identities. Enjoy as we learn how to lift our own self esteem. Warm regards, Matthew Tait.

Reset Rapport - Reset Opportunities
When we are out of rapport we get arguments, we get disconnection, we get roadblocks. When we are in rapport we get respect, consideration (even in disagreement), connection, opportunities, and new ways forward. Sometimes building rapport helps you reset your own overthinking brain. It takes you out of your head and allows space to consider an others perspective. This is the very first skill I was taught in coaching, and we tend to forget the power of this simple idea. Build rapport first before any change work. Same applies if you are selling to clients, or are dealing in negotiations with new customers, or indeed with your hardest deals with your kids, wife or husband. What is 1 relationship you would like to improve? When if you lead the rapport building using these skills it will help all parties and create more opportunity? Warm regards, Matthew Tait. The Skill of Accessing Memories
Getting to know yourself, your memories, and your meanings. I am recording a video series for coaching and wanted to take you through a micro experience. How to access good emotions, how to learn more from the experience. Let's take a happy memory. Choose one for yourself. For me I chose 20 minutes in the sauna from earlier this week. When I access the memory, I see myself in the sauna. I see myself in the sauna room, I see the steam. I see the sweat. I see the dark timber panelling. This happens first in my brain when I bring up that memory. In coaching this is called disassociated (D). But this is a happy memory so I want to remind myself how it felt. So I can easily drop inside my body, in that memory, in that steam room sauna, and recall the heat, the sweat, the muscles relaxing, the thoughts releasing. Feeling warm, feeling relaxed. In coaching NLP this is called associated (A) When I spend time in both A and D, I find I learn more, I focus more on the benefits, and the memory lives closer to me in my day to day alongside the stressful events, this gives me more balance and allows me to cultivate my brain to a happier place to reside. Try a happy memory and notice how you stored it? Were you Associated, or Disassociated? Were you seeing it through your eyes, or seeing yourself in the picture (like a mirror). We do this very unconsciously, so if you are not aware of it this can both help and hinder. The benefot is to learn more about the memory, long after the memory has passed. This triggers meanings that store in your self-esteem and general feelings about life. Enjoy playing with this positive memory. Videos coming soon. Note, be sure not to try this with a trauma as there are other tools for these, and traumas need to be carefully negotiated. Be sure to use a this on a positive memory whilst exploring your internal storage system. Warm regards, Matthew Tait. PS please comment on this post should you try this out and I would love to hear your experience.
