Your partner isn’t the problem (but this is...)
Let me guess… your partner has a PhD in pushing your buttons?
One minute you’re calm...
And the next...
BOOM!
You’re arguing over something as ridiculous as who left the teaspoon in the sink.
I know because I’ve been there (many times).
I used to get triggered over little things
Until I nearly ruined the one relationship I really wanted to keep.
That’s when I realised:
It’s not about the spoon.
Or the schedule.
Or the text message.
It’s about the triggers.
Every fight you don’t express builds silent resentment. Resentment builds into triggers. And triggers? They turn you into a pressure cooker waiting to explode.
Here’s the controversial part (you might not like it):
Your partner isn’t the problem...
Your triggers are.
The good news?
You can re-train yourself not to react the way you always do.
I put together a video where I walk you through the exact framework I use with my private clients (and even in my own marriage) to stop getting triggered:
It’s personal.
It’s practical.
And it’s the same system I’m currently researching for my PhD.
So if you’re tired of feeling like your partner can “set you off” with one sentence, this is for you.
(before your next argument starts...)
