Grad 2 old shop leave as shop on the front & just renovate & convert the rear large storage area, I’m thinking if you’re not messing with the old shop it might not be so bad with planning.
2. Office block in article 4 area been on the market for a year. So if it’s not renting out there could be some leeway from the council to convert into flats.
