I also have quite the potty mouth 😜 So please don't feel any pressure to perform. This isn't another challenge you need to complete perfectly. This is a gentle wellbeing journey. Some days you'll dive deeply into the activities. Some days you might only spend a few moments reflecting on a prompt. Both count.
