I woke up to Pax in front of my bedroom door whining. And he let me know the fire had died overnight and the house had the same temperature as the fridge (I tell you, Australian houses have not heard of insulation 😒). He proved his point by sneezing straight into my face and putting his cold snout in my chest 😝. So our PAWSing this morning was a sneeze and building a fire together, but we got some good cuddles in later. My magical glimmer moments yesterday were: - I could increase my physical strength training a tiny bit more which made me feel very excited despite having to go to bed at 8:30 later as I was exhausted. - The magpies visited me while I was playing with Pax and they all zoomed around together. Was like a Disney movie. - I was a lot in the kung fu school yesterday and love being part of the community there and see people progress and overcome obstacles. - And I had two huge belly laughs Pax’s glimmer def was chewing up my expensive sports bra that I didn’t realise he had found. 😒🤦‍♀️ Never gets boring around here 😂 I’d love to hear your glimmers 🤩

Pax and I practised curiosity together this morning. We had @Pat Stuart with his powerhouse of a dog Sundance visiting yesterday and it was Pax’s job to find every single spot Sundance was, and pee over it this morning 😂. I have to say, I tried to stay curious, but after the 7th pee I was mentally checked out 😂🥱😂. Pat is on a very cool journey with his dog and so transparent about its challenges and rewards. I’m also really grateful that I have friends who go out of their way to see us and we had a lovely family lunch together with everyone to acknowledge how precious it is to have meaningful connections. Lately Nala has been showing her age and some medical things. She’s slower, some behavioral changes BUT her favorite thing in the world is the swim. Today at the lake it was like I had a 5 year old dog. Her spark was back, and so was my smile
