I am curious to hear your thoughts on How to steward your kids bodies well to keep on top of their health and set them up for long term success
I know each person is unique but do you recommend doing functional/mineral/blood/gut check ups or what would you recommend ? Or do you prefer to just investigate if symptoms come up?
I look back to my childhood and if I had gotten gut testing/mineral testing it could have really helped support my body sooner than now lol
