I've been doing the challenge right along with you! I'm about 5-7lbs away from goal.
Last week, I decided to try Retatrutide peptide! Tirz has stopped working for me, I've heard great things about this. BUT I think my starting dose was a little too high and my appetite was so suppressed (and still is). I was having trouble getting food down! I'm due for my shot, so I think I will go a little lower in dose. I always want to be upfront with you guys so that's currently where I'm at as far as meds.
