Over the past 8 days, Iāve been eating more intuitively. Iāve been traveling, not fully tracking, and leaning heavily on protein shakes and bars to stay consistent. I havenāt been in my normal routineābut hereās the key: consistency doesnāt disappear just because structure loosens.
My before ā after:
- Weight: ~152 ā ~149
- Waist: 28.5" ā 27.5"
- Biggest win: realizing that movementāeven small amountsāactually creates energy for me instead of draining it. Desk days donāt get a vote anymore.
That awareness? Thatās maintenance muscle being built.
