Back on Track
I’ve been at a standstill with my weight loss since Christmas. But thankfully, I’m back on track. After talking with , I know that sometimes we stall, but upping the protein, getting in your movement and starting strength training are all good things and I’ve lost 1.5 pounds since my last weigh in! Tracking is second nature and I often feel like I’m a food vlogger, taking pics of every meal to track!! Heading off to a vacation for a couple weeks, so hopefully I can keep it all up.
