I have always wanted to Skydive, but have always been over the weight limit. But with my weight loss over the last 4 years, with gastric sleeve, and Glp1 I was able to mark this off my bucket list! It was awesome and scary all at the same time. Don't let anything or anyone stop you from achieving your dreams. I did this for my birthday today. I did this with my son. I call this my Jumping from Chapter 56 and Flying into Chapter 57!

@Renee Baker 🔥 100 LBS DOWN + NOW THRIVING IN MAINTENANCE Hi Everyone! Help me celebrate Renee! Renee didn’t just lose weight…she completely changed her life. Over the past year, she’s lost ~100 lbs — and if you’ve ever been on this journey, you know that doesn’t happen by accident. That’s discipline. That’s consistency. That’s showing up even when it’s hard. 👉 She didn’t stop there. Since joining this community, Renee has been locked in: ✔️ Consistent with her protein ✔️ Hitting her calories ✔️ Prepping her meals ✔️ Showing up to her strength workouts ✔️ Finish all the challenges that I have put on And it SHOWS ( I mean, look at those muscles!) She’s built strong, beautiful muscle, completely transformed her body composition, and stepped into a whole new version of herself. Now we are on that maintenance train making small tweaks here and there. We’ve created a plan, and she’s executing it like she did during fat loss — with intention, confidence, and consistency. And can we talk about this for a second… She's at 10% body fat. That is INSANE discipline and dedication. Also — the first photo isn’t even her true starting point because she couldn’t find one…which just shows you how much of this journey wasn’t documented it was BUILT. Renee, you are: ✨ Strong ✨ Disciplined ✨ Consistent ✨ And such a positive light in this community You hype others up, you lead by example, and you show women what’s actually possible when they commit. You're a beautiful person inside and out 😊 This is what it looks like to not just lose weight…but to become the woman who keeps it off. So proud of you ❤️

🍾Wednesday Wins 5/27
Post your win big or small below so we can celebrate you! Also watch this video 😊 Quick recap from today’s video 💛 Sometimes we go through seasons where we feel overwhelmed, stressed, unmotivated, emotionally drained… or just blah. And I want you to know — this is completely normal. You are not failing because you’re not “all in” right now. During these times, instead of expecting yourself to suddenly meal prep perfectly, crush workouts, hit every macro, and do everything at once… focus on SMALL wins. Maybe your goal today is: ✔️ Drink 100 oz of water ✔️ Walk 10 minutes after dinner ✔️ Take 5–10 minutes for yourself without constantly staying busy ✔️ Get outside for fresh air ✔️ Go to bed a little earlier That’s it. Small goals matter because every time you follow through, you build momentum and confidence again. You give your brain a small dopamine boost that helps you slowly start feeling like yourself again. Then the next day? Do it again. And eventually, you may feel ready to increase your workouts, focus more on protein, meal prep, or get back into a stronger routine. But you don’t have to force yourself into “perfect” overnight. This is about meeting yourself where you are right now — not where you think you “should” be. I know it’s been working for me lately! That’s why I like doing small habits during the weekly cadence. Because, I like to set micro-goals for myself. Let me know…. Have you been feeling like this?
