October 5–12, 2025 Ready to commit to one powerful week of movement and motivation? This is your official invite to join Week 1 of the Glow Gang Reset Challenge — one week, two simple goals, and daily accountability that keeps us all moving forward. 🗓 WEEK 1 GOALS: ✅ 50,000 steps total for the week ✅ 3 workouts – gym, walk, home, dancing… just get moving! DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY (Required): To stay in the challenge and qualify for this week’s prize, you must: 📅 Every Day (Sunday–Saturday): - 🖼 Post your step count for the day in the Challenge Thread (screenshot or just the number) - 💪🏽 Post a photo of your workout (only on days you complete a workout) 💬 Example post: “Tuesday ✔️ 7,412 steps 👟 + leg day at the gym 🏋🏽‍♀️” 📅 Sunday by 8 PM CST: Post your weekly proof post with a screenshot of your total weekly steps and one workout photo. Missing a daily post = not eligible for the weekly prize.
