Not My Best Week… But I’m Recommitting 💪🏽
Hey Glow Gang 💫 I’m sitting here this morning reflecting on last week—something I try to do every Monday. I look over my stats, track my data, and really ask myself where I’m at physically, mentally, and emotionally. And if I’m honest, last week wasn’t my best. I didn’t stick to most of the goals I set… but here’s what I did do: ✅ I showed up at the gym 4 times, and I’m holding on to that as a win. Progress isn’t always loud or perfect. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s just choosing not to quit. This week, I’m committing to one clear focus: 👉🏽 Hitting my 150g protein target daily. That’s it. Im 3 mos in! Its been Lofe Changing!
Hi 👋🏾 my name is Chan. I started this journey almost 3 mos ago. I have lost 20 pounds off my 5’1 inch frame and its been completely life changing. I have regained my health and a new perspective on preventitive healthcare and fitness. Glow gang girl For life! 💪🏾 It is a life style!

I’m Jewel, and I’m so excited to introduce myself officially! I started my journey on March 6th at 297 lbs. Today, I’m down to 230.9 lbs, and my goal weight is 165–175 lbs. 🙌🏽 I got started after receiving some questionable bloodwork—high triglycerides and a low white blood cell count. It was a wake-up call. I realized I was inflamed, exhausted, eating like trash, and barely making it through the day. Looking back, I now see how deeply stressed and depressed I was in the body I was in. Fast-forward to today—I’m nourishing my body, supporting my health with GLP-1s and peptides, and moving my body 3–4x a week. The difference is wild. I feel clearer, lighter, and more alive than I have in years. 💬 Now I’d love to hear from YOU!
