✅ Drink at least 75 oz of water
✅ Read 1–2 chapters of a personal growth/self-development book OR read and reflect on a Bible verse
That’s it.
No complicated rules. No perfection required.
Just small actions repeated consistently for 30 days.

Each day, post:
📸 A screenshot showing your 1-mile walk (or daily activity total equaling at least 1 mile)
💧 Water consumed
📖 What you read that day (book title, chapter, or Bible verse)
Why We’re Doing This
