10,938 steps today!
I hit 10k+ steps today! And I’m so proud of myself. I skipped my morning walk because it got cold here. I’ve been aiming for 1 mile walks, daily. Sunday I rested, so only got about 4K steps. All week I averaged about 7k steps. So I went to the gym after work and my goal was 45 minutes on the treadmill. Once I got past the 45 minutes I was almost two miles in, so I kept going! I ended up walking 2.42 miles. Felt good. I’m a little tired now but I know once I get some sleep I’ll feel better by morning. So calling it a night. 😴

Dear Me, Keep Going! - "The Discipline of Becoming Is Built on Quiet Wins!”
I didn’t win because I was the strongest… I’m winning because I refuse to stop. Some days I’m motivated, some days I not. But I showed up anyway, in posting my food, in drinking my water, in taking walks, in yoga, in dance or sharing a smile with you. Tired… busy… not feeling it… we/I must still show up for myself/ourselves. Nothing changed overnight, the scale didn’t move, the fat didn’t burn, But week by week… we must trust “the process of faith!” Stronger. More confident. More disciplined. Not because I am perfect—
but because we/I am working at being consistent. And that consistency, can actually change everything! Ladies & Coaches – Be Ever So Encouraged!
Win
I’m in a space where now I’m more motivated about being intentional with taking care of myself. I’m listening to my body more and allowing it to tell me what I need to focus on.
Reset Reset!!
Hello everyone did just starting out and trying to navigate through these apps, I’m celebrating my win today , photos, measures and one mile walk, my walk loosened me upon lower parts of my body but my shoulders and neck was tight but at the end of the walk it was much looser. Hope everyone is having an awesome day
Progressing Through the Struggle
In October 2025, I was told that my cholesterol numbers were good. However, after starting Dr. Stephanie’s program, I learned through my blood work that my cholesterol numbers actually needed immediate attention. With that new education, I made changes to my diet and began exercising consistently. Since then, my numbers have been moving in a much healthier direction. In addition, I’ve lost a total of 5.7 pounds since my February 1, 2026 start date and weigh-in. I’m taking it one day at a time and want to enjoy this health journey because some days are still a struggle.
