Mothers day
Mother's day is challenging for me. I am grateful and happy to be a mom to an amazing child, and I have a conflicting relationship with my own mother. To all the moms out there, happy mothers day, take care of yourself, and thank you to Dr.Stephanie for this community.

Allow me to introduce myself...
Hi, this is Nailah (Nah-ee-lah), from NYC. I came to The Clarity Circle to learn about how to use testing to diagnose and address specific symptoms. What I'm hoping to experience, feel, and accomplish is to eliminate brain fog, increase energy, and to lose stubborn body fat within the next 90 days. I am also looking forward to meeting and forming a supportive relationship with other women with similar concerns.

Welcome @Nailah Bourne And im with you! Lets get it
Hello
Hi, not sure what to say, I'm from Northern California but also spend quite a bit of time in London (from there a very long time ago). I joined as I really like Dr. Stepanie's message and her energy. I'm a new grandmother of twins, retired, and want to be around to watch them grow (and participate too!). Plus I want to be able to enjoy this stage of my life to the fullest, and right now with my weight/health I know I am not. Glad to be here.

Your labs came back "normal"
Whenever I deliver the Whole Body Reset masterclass, there is one part where most of you lean in. And what suprises many of you, and I know from the comments, is this... The standard blood panel was designed to detect disease. Not dysfunction. Not the space between sick and thriving. When your doctor reads your results, they are comparing each number to a reference range built from a population that includes a lot of people who are themselves unwell. Normal becomes the average of everyone. Not a marker of how well you could actually feel. The fatigue, the brain fog, the gut issues, the weight that will not shift - those are data. They are your body flagging something the standard panel was not designed to see. You were not imagining it. You were just in the wrong system. Drop a 🙋🏾‍♀️ if 'your labs are normal' is the sentence you have heard before.
