Slept 8 hours. Woke up exhausted. Labs "normal."
Today I wanted to share a little of Veronica's story... she was sleeping eight hours a night and still would wake up exhausted. She was doing everything right. Hydration, supplements, consistent sleep. And still, cooking felt hard. Seeing friends felt hard. Exercise wasn't even on the table. Her labs? She was told "everything is normal". A story I hear far too often and one I'd bet isn't unfamiliar to you either. It took seven months of proper testing, tracking her stress, and looking at how she was actually fueling her body to find the deficits she'd been running on for years. Nobody had looked for them because nothing was "wrong." Today she gets through her day with energy to spare and has added workouts back in. Not because she tried harder. Because she finally knew what her body was asking for. That's what I'm walking you through in the next Whole Body Reset Masterclass: the framework I used with Veronica to find the root instead of chasing symptoms. It's free, it's live, and there's a Q&A at the end, so bring your questions. 📅 July 21st, 2026 ⏰ 4:30PM PST / 6:30PM CST / 7:30PM EST Save your spot here: https://rootrxhealth.com/free-masterclass

Stephanie, So great you helped her figure out the missing pieces of her puzzle! It’s so gratifying when a client finally functions so much better! 😉💖
Intro
Hi! My name is Valerie. I’m from Houston, Texas. I’m here because I am the biggest I’ve ever been and I FEEL it. I’ve been trying to manage it on my own but I haven’t completely figured it out on my own. I’ve found some things that work for me, but something is still off. So I came across Dr. Stephanie’s page and became so intrigued. I too want to figure out what is out of balance so I can fix it long term and not just slap a bandaid on it. I want to be able to keep up with my very active four year old. I don’t want to feel exhausted anymore. And weight doesn’t shed like it used to before I had him. I want to lose some pounds, and just feel good in my own skin again. So here I am seeking for a resolution. I’m excited to be here. And I can’t wait to see how I can learn to better support my body.

Hi Valerie, I hope you can start to unravel what’s causing the weight gain aftee childbirth. So many factors may play a role; hormone readjustment, sleep consistency, your task load, priorities etc. I hope the resources are helpful to you. 😉💖
Post-Peri-Huh???
Hello Everyone! I am a 42 (almost 43) years old. I had my first child 13 months ago. Trying to navigate what might be postpartum depletion, perimenopause, or just plain stress.

Hi Nicole, It’s helpful to dive into some of the questionnaires that seem applicable to answer some of your questions. It takes at least 6 months for hormones to settle after pregnancy/birth and is dependent on whether you’re breast feeding, your baby is sleeping through the night, if you’re working as well; all the factors play a role.
Digital Detox
I plan to start my digital detox tonight at 9pm.

Good for you Natasha!
G'day and Howdy!
Hello! I am an Aussie founder/business owner based in Texas, and at 42, I am beginning to realise that what got me to 38/39 (push through, ignore the health battle, live later) is not going to get me to 60 or 80. I am desperately looking in all the places for a community which understands that treating a symptom in isolation can't get the job done. I am delighted to find y'all and can't wait to learn more.

Hey Sarah, I hope you’ll be able to start to understand what’s going on with your physiology when you delve into the questionnaires and information. It’s worth your time, attention and energy! 😉💖
