Hello all
Im in Florida. Lots of strange new diagnosis and feeling awful, and post menopausal. Normal (with treatment) labs, no answers. I have nothing to lose, and everything to gain if I gleen anything here.

Hi Marian, this is a great place for answers and resources. Did your new diagnosis come after menopause? That was my experience, my diagnosis came after menopause and other health issues.
I’m Ready!
Hi! I’m Kenya from Texas. My husband sent me a reel and thought I should check you out. I’m hoping to get a lot out this program: reduced or no mental fog, control the menopause ailments ( these hot flashes and hips are tearing me up), and definitely lose fat in my midsection.

Kenya, it’s a great place for answers and resources. A community where don’t feel alone. Good luck on your health journey!
Hi there!
My name is Kari and I'm menopausal, starting BHRT again after a long break; Hypothyroidism for 17 years and on medicine; Liver is a mess due to Breast Implant Illness in the past; slowly getting better, but had lots of G.I. issues. Looking for education and hearing everyone's stories. Refreshing to hear talk about optimal ranges and not just normal ranges!

Hi Kari, this a great place for resources and answers. We have some similar health concerns. I was on HRT for a year, discontinued taking HRT because I was having heavy frequent periods and honestly didn’t feel much better being on them. I have fatty liver disease so I know that’s pretty significant and probably is a reason for most of my health issues. I had my gallbladder removed in May, I do feel better after having it removed not having reflux like I did before. It’s hard to navigate through everything when you have so many symptoms. I went back to eating whole foods and that’s helping with my fatigue. I also take Vitamin D for deficiency and that’s helping also. I hope you find some answers and start to feel better soon! 😊
Hi, I’m Jenny from Iowa.
I’ve been a pediatric nurse for 26 years, left my job to focus on my health. I have extreme fatigue, gut issues and anxiety. My nervous system feels like it’s in overdrive. I’m willing to put in the work, not sure where I need to start at. I hope being here can help.

@Judy D, thank you for the support! It’s nice to feel “not alone” in this health journey. As a mom and nurse I’ve taken care of others and put my health aside. I had an cholecystectomy in May, will be having shoulder surgery and have arthritis in my knee. Doing bedside care for so many years took a toll on my body. I have fatty liver disease, EOE, gut issues, anxiety and fatigue. There’s answers out there, glad to be here. 😊

Seeking Answers and Peace of Mind
Hello there, My name is Kendra, I'm 38, from the heart of Minnesota. I've been struggling a lot this year and late last year with increased Brain Fog, Sleep Difficulties, Anxiety, and Panic Attacks. It feels as if it came out of nowhere, but I was also pushing through a rough patch all year last year and not facing grief of losing my father in March 2025 very well. I tried focusing on finishing my degree and finding work over facing the grief. I was eventually diagnosed with autism in September of last year as well as diabetes in October. I had to make major lifestyle changes to manage my diabetes and started noticing nighttime anxiety after dinner. I put my autism on the back burner. When my blood sugar started normalizing I began feeling these episodes where it felt like my brain was literally putting on the brakes and it became really hard to focus. I figured it was my body adjusting to the lower blood sugar. I went from 185 pounds to 155 pounds within 6 months. I feel this stressed my body out a lot and that I'm still adjusting. I'm proud to share my A1C went from 10.2 to 6 within three months of my diagnosis and is now 5.8. This year was very rough mentally with all the terrible news. I began seeing a therapist in January this year and told I'm going through autistic burnout. Things became too much for me to handle in March. So much that I limited my social media and news access. It's been getting better though, I an using tools to help me when I'm too overwhelmed. I also started CBD in May and that's helped some with my sleep at least. But I'm still facing bouts of brain fog, anxiety, panic, and what feels like hot flashes. Anyways I'm looking for answers to help get my life back in order. Thanks for having me!

Hi Kendra, this is a great place for answers and resources. Your symptoms; brain fog, anxiety, panic and hot flashes sound like perimenopause. I went through perimenopause at 38 and menopause at 45. You could get your hormone levels checked. I’m sorry for everything you’ve been going through. I hope things get better. Good luck on your health journey.
