Hi I'm Kelsey and I am in Central Illinois area. I am a Certified Mental Performance Coach. I came across this community from Dr. Stephanie's Instagram and found it curious. I immediately wanted to learn more. In the next 90 days, I would love to learn more about what is truly going on in my body and the root causes, not just the symptoms. Thank you :)
