Let’s have a fabulous day!!! Woke up in a good mood today. Hoping it sticks around. Already ate my breakfast (did you know you’re supposed to eat breakfast within a hour of waking up to induce good hunger signs for the day… I didn’t til this week! Mind blown!). I walked .5 mile already on my walking pad . My sister and I have a challenge going to see if we can hit 3 miles a day. Here goes nothing! About to take my vitamins. And after my tea I’ll start my water intake for the day.
