Last week, I focused on streamlining the preparation for my weekly micro-webinar.
The Previous Workflow:
1. Input bullet points into GPT to generate slide content.
2. Manually paste that content into Gamma.
3. Prompt separately for a training title and description.
4. GPT again to draft a LinkedIn post.
While this process was functional, it required multiple steps.
Current Status:
After four iterations, I successfully built a custom GPT that outputs all the necessary components in one go.
Next Steps:
The next phase involves automating the input side. I plan to trigger the process from a spreadsheet so that every Monday morning, the content is generated and waiting for me.
