As I sat with my coffee and a protein bar this morning, I noticed my mind wandering.
Nothing wrong, just not really present and it kind of took away from the morning moment.
I think I forget sometimes that presence is really all we have.
Just a friendly reminder (to myself as much as anyone) to be where you are today.
