People gaining an edge in 2026 won’t be adding more tools.
They’ll be subtracting steps.
Here’s what I see changing:
1️⃣ Voice replaces typing
Typing is a bottleneck. Voice + transcription lets people think and produce in real time instead of slowing ideas down.
2️⃣ One AI chat replaces most apps
Email, docs, calendars, research — instead of juggling tools, work collapses into a single interface that pulls from everything.
3️⃣ Building software becomes normal
Non-technical people are already creating small internal tools on demand instead of buying bloated SaaS or waiting on devs.
4️⃣ AI services shift from “building” to “guiding”
Businesses aren’t just buying automations. They’re paying for audits, training, and rollout decisions.
5️⃣ AI starts acting, not assisting
Research, booking, comparisons, and follow-through get delegated — not manually handled
