105 contributions to The AI Advantage
Most people won’t make money with AI.
Not because AI doesn’t work. But because they stay vague.Busy. But not profitable. Here’s what usually gets in the way: 1) Treating AI like the product:Tools don’t make money.Outcomes do.ChatGPT. Claude. Perplexity. They’re leverage. Not offers. If you can’t explain who it helps and what problem it removes, you don’t have a business yet. Action: Pick one tool you already use. Write down one task it replaces or speeds up. That’s your starting point.
Focusing on building systems instead of just doing tasks
Focusing on building systems instead of just doing tasks is a game-changer Mapping repetitive work first is such a smart way to start automating effectively

Masterclass: Building Your Autonomous Sales Team
I want to leave you with an idea that sums up everything we're experiencing: The value of an entrepreneur is no longer measured by how many tasks they can perform, but by how many systems they can design to perform them for them. If we understand this, everything changes. It's no longer about working longer hours, but about creating intelligent structures that work for us. My practical advice: Start by mapping everything you do yourself each week. Every repetitive task, every follow-up, every message you could automate. These are your first entry points for incorporating an AI Agent into your business.
If you want to develop good leaders, look for people capable of doing these 10 very specific things:
1. Take responsibility before having authority. They lead without waiting for permission. 2. Detect what the system doesn't see. They see the problem that the process hasn't yet recognized. 3. Understand the human impact of their decisions. They don't just perform tasks; they take responsibility for the consequences. 4. Make uncomfortable decisions when it would be easier to do nothing. Leading is almost always harder than getting things done. 5. Refuse to hide behind "it's not my area." They know that real problems don't respect organizational charts. 6. Protect purpose over procedure. They follow rules, but they defend the meaning. 7. Act as if the company were theirs. Because, in that moment, it is. 8. Do more than expected, even when no one is watching. They don't seek recognition; they seek to make things right. 9. Make the extraordinary the standard. An isolated act is heroism; Repeating it creates a culture. 10. Encourage others to dare to lead as well. True leadership isn't centralized, it's contagious.
Take things to the next level !
The simplest way I've found to take things to the next level is to have quantifiable goals. I tier this with all my businesses so that I have: - Ultimate desired outcome - whats my vision for my community long term - Next quarter's goals - max 3 goals that will all move the needle towards the desired outcome - Monthly goals - circa 3 goals that focus on the most important quarterly goal to you right now - Weekly goals - circa 3 goals that focus on you most important weekly goal to you right now The aim here is to break down your desired goal into achievable steps. BUT It's super important that you concentrate on achieving one goal at a time AND focus on the goal that is going to move the needle the most.
