Hi there fellow 811 athletes! I've been enjoying bw training recently, namely I've been doing the Reddit r/bodyweightfitness beginner recommended routine 3-4 times a week and I feel like it's more enjoyable feeling after workout compared to lifting weights. Anyone else into bw/calisthenics training on here? How long have you been doing it. What's your current routine? How are you progressing? I know Dr D prefers weights b/c it's more objectively comparable and b/c bw is less effective in building bone density apparently.
