UPDATE - New Onboarding + First Path and Micro-Experiment Launched (Feb. 12, 2026)

Hi Friends,

I recently hosted a live Orientation Session where I introduced our simplified 3rd Act Lab experience (workshop replay is available in REPLAYS in the classroom - it runs 1 hour 15 minutes).

Based on that live workshop and feedback, I have overhauled and simplified the onboarding system for new 3rd Act Lab members. This simplified system is meant to make it clear exactly where to go and what to do when you first join The 3rd Act Lab.

➡️WHAT TO DO NOW ⬅️

1️⃣Visit START HERE - YOUR FIRST 72 HOURS. Work through these onboarding items.

2️⃣Then, when ready, join the current Path and Micro-Experiment: Identity and Direction - Week 1 PINNED POST is HERE.

Because we're already at February 12, I will accelerate this month's Path and Micro-Experiment (add our PINNED POSTS more frequently) and may decide to continue this path into March.

Your feedback has been incredibly valuable and I appreciate your patience. Simplifying was more complicated than I anticipated.

I can't wait to jump into our first Path and Micro Experiment with you. Week #1 Pinned Post is ready and waiting for you.
