March Micro-Experiment: Lifestyle
ACCESS and PRINT Full MicroExperiment HERE. ➡️Micro-Experiment Focus: LifestyleCore Question: Does my daily structure match the evidence of who I am or want to be? ➡️This month is not about adding random habits. This month is about alignment. You already gathered data inside your Big Book of You. Now we test whether your day-to-day life reflects it. 1. One question. 2. One experiment. 3. One decision. 1️⃣STEP 1: Open Your Big Book of You Review what you already completed: - Your full inventory of skills, official and unofficial - The list of things you love doing - The things that bring you joy or personal meaning - The objects and environments that feel like you - The patterns you noticed across your life - The clues about when you feel most like yourself Now ask: Where does my current daily structure ignore this evidence? Examples: If you listed that you love quiet, focused time, but your mornings are reactive and noisy. If you wrote that you feel alive when learning, but your days contain zero learning. If you identified that clutter stresses you, but your workspace stays chaotic. If you noticed you thrive when you move your body, but your day never makes room for it. That mismatch is your experiment. 2️⃣STEP 2: Choose Your One Question Look again at the items you starred in your Big Book of You inventories. Those stars mark the things that matter most to you right now. They are signals about: - The environments where you function best - The pace of life you prefer - The activities that give you energy - The conditions where you feel most like yourself Your question should test whether your current daily life reflects those signals. Use this format: What would happen if I adjusted ONE part of my daily structure to better match the evidence from my Big Book of You? Examples: - What would happen if I protected 30 minutes of quiet in the morning? - What would happen if I added one 20-minute learning block daily? - What would happen if I reset my workspace at 4 pm each day? - What would happen if I walked for 10 minutes before starting work? - What would happen if I removed one weekly obligation that does not match who I am now?
