[REPLAY] Annie: House and Pet Sitter, Consultant and Author Interview
Hi friends, You can find the REPLAY and a RECAP of Annie McCormick's interview HERE. Annie is an international house and pet sitter, consultant and published author who has been nomadic for 3+ years. It was such a great conversation that covered topics from: >> Traveling the world at virtually no cost >> "Just try it and see" attitude about this non-traditional lifestyle in the 3rd Act >> Housesitting as the means to achieve Annies lifelong dream to travel and write >> Loving the freedom that comes from NOT having a home base or the responsibility of homeowernship. >> And, much more... Oh, and Annie is a published author with a lot of expertise in writing and publishing. I'll invite her back to discuss that specifically. For now, enjoy the conversation HERE. Cheers, Colleen

Meet Yourself on Paper: A 30-Day Foundation Experiment
ACCESS FULL MICRO EXPERIMENT INSTRUCTIONS HERE This is the current micro-experiment inside The 3rd Act Lab. If you’re wondering what we’re working on or what to focus on right now - this is it. Every micro-experiment in The 3rd Act Lab follows the same structure: - ONE Question - ONE Experiment - ONE Outcome Meet Yourself on Paper: A 30-Day Foundation Experiment: āž”ļøTHE ONE QUESTION: What changes when I stop guessing who I am—and start documenting it? āž”ļøTHE ONE EXPERIMENT: Document yourself using the Inventory section of the Big Book of You. āž”ļøTHE ONE OUTCOME: By the end of this experiment, you will have: - A completed (or mostly completed) set of inventories - A clear, visible record of your raw materials - Less guessing and more evidence āœ“ļøTHE EXPERIMENT (WEEK BY WEEK) 1ļøāƒ£Week 1 - Start the Inventories - Begin working through the four inventories in the Inventory section of The Big Book of You, v2 (pages 5–12). 2ļøāƒ£Week 2 - Continue the Inventories. Keep documenting: - Add what you forgot the first time - Notice repeats - Let memories surface naturally Still no analysis. Still no conclusions. 3ļøāƒ£Week 3 - Finish or Fill In Gaps: Complete remaining inventories or revisit sections that feel incomplete. 4ļøāƒ£Week 4 - Review What’s Now on Paper + Share Your Evidence POSTING RHYTHM - Mondays: I’ll post your weekly focus prompt with instructions - Fridays: I’ll post your reflection & evidence prompt. - In between: Use the Community thread as your sounding board. You do NOT have to wait for my prompts to share, ask for feedback or just talk out loud.
Meet Yourself on Paper: A 30-Day Foundation Experiment
[ME, WK 4, PROMPT 2] Wrapping Up Inventories, Round #1 - Where are you?
Hi friends, Today's prompt is an encouragement to work through your inventories in preparation for our next Micro-Experiment - Connecting the Dots (coming Monday). We're wrapping a month of the 'Meet Yourself on Paper' micro-experiment. While our micro-experiments are never 'over' - it's still there for you whenever you want to work on it, but we are moving to a next micro-experiment. In February we'll use our inventories (the evidence we've collected about who we are in the Meet Yourself on Paper ME) and complete simple exercises, including using AI, to find micro ways to build new things into our life. We'll begin experimenting with new identities by connecting different parts of you, together, in unique ways. And, if you've not had the chance to work on your inventories, I encourage you to take some time this weekend so you have some items to work with in our next experiment. Let me know below, who has a first pass on the inventories and who is working through them? No judgement, just want to get a sense of where everyone is. This weekend I am working on our next experiment - CONNECTING THE DOTS - as well as building a simpler structure for our micro-experiments. Remember, I am building this community as we go and refining as I learn more. All feedback welcome. Cheers, Colleen I know we'd love to hear from you regarding your findings from our Meet Yourself on Paper experiment. Feel free to post below, or create your own post.

Have you experienced this yet with your inventories?
You're working through your inventories, doing your lists. Something comes up that you want to include, but... you don't. Why? The resistance gets real. Let's talk about it.
