March Micro-Experiment
1) Question: Would I have more energy in the morning if I didn’t have alcohol before bed? 2) Experiment: Between 3/14 and 3/31 drink a cup of warm ginger + salt + magnesium + olive oil to wind down my night. 3) Evaluation Method: - Did I dream anything that feels heavy? - How long did I sit before starting my day? - Did I take a shower?
Check the Calendar + What’s Changing in March
Hi Friends, 📅The March Power Season Zoom calls and the Digital Business Coaching calls are live. DETAILS HERE. Please download them to your personal calendar. Set your notifications, so you can protect the time. Note: I will add new Possibilities Lab interviews, and announce them, once I confirm them. 🎇Now, some behind the scenes: Because we’re still in an early phase of this membership, I watch the engagement and data closely. My role is to make sure this space works for you, not just that it exists. 🧐Here’s what I’m seeing: >> Many of you are attending the live Zoom calls. >> Many more are watching the replays. >> The Possibilities Lab replays are getting strong views. >> Resources are being downloaded consistently. That tells me you value structured content, live conversations, and practical tools. What I’m not seeing is a lot engagement in the community thread itself. This is not criticism - this is super helpful information for me. It tells me you are here primarily for clarity, structure, and connection through teaching and discussion, not for daily posting or ongoing comment threads (which I get... we don't need another thing to do, right?). 🔃MARCH MICRO EXPERIMENT: So for March, I’m slightly adjusting the format. I will introduce March’s Micro Experiment live on our Tuesday, March 3rd Power Season call. After that call, I will create one single pinned post for the entire month. 📌That PINNED POST post will: >> Outline our micro-experiment clearly >> Stay pinned all month >> Serve as the central place for updates, reflections, and questions >> Invite you to share and comment on your micro-experiment No more weekly pinned posts getting lost down in the feed. One anchor for the month. We’ll test it. We’ll evaluate it. We’ll refine it. I have also reworked the “Start Here - You're First 72 Hours" module in the classroom to make onboarding clearer and simpler.

Hi Colleen, unfortunately I am going to miss the Power and Digital Business sessions this week. Will stay connected via posts and replays. Thanks, Julie
Social media for community and connection?
I think social media gives us great opportunities for community and connection. What are your thoughts?

Hi Colleen - agree + I think finding “my tribe” will be through social media. However, I would also like the opportunity to transition a portion of that tribe into regional/local in person connections. Last year I invested in a women’s burnout recovery program with members all over the USA and Canada. However, I didn’t create a close relationship with anyone. I asked a couple of times if they could help connect current and past members that live within a 1-2hr radius of each other and help us physically connect on a bi-monthly basis. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. One of the things I like about the Skool app, is that it identifies other members who live within your region. I’m hoping I can build some connections and friends with common interests locally, while also doing the same virtually with others nationally and internationally.
PINNED POST - Week 1: Choose Your Question (Identity and Direction)
🎇IDENTITY & DIRECTION (full path here for reference) YOUR PROMPT BELOW⬇️⬇️⬇️ This Path and Micro-Experiment is about how you are showing up right now. Who am I now and what deserves more space? - How you describe yourself - What roles you are still carrying - What roles you are ready to drop - What you want to step into 📌WEEK 1 - PINNED POST INSTRUCTIONS📌 1️⃣Step 1: Look at Your Evidence Open your Big Book of You. Review: - Your top skills - Your top interests - Your lived experiences - Your current desires and environment Now ask yourself: - What part of me am I not using? - What do I keep saying I want but haven’t acted on? - Where am I still describing myself based on the past? - What feels true but I haven’t claimed yet? Don’t analyze. Just notice what stands out. 2️⃣ Step 2: Choose ONE Question Your question must: - Start with “What would happen if…” - Be about identity or direction - Be testable in 30 days - Not require a life overhaul Strong Question Examples 1. What would happen if I described myself based on what I’m building, not what I did? 2. What would happen if I acted like someone with a future instead of someone wrapping up? 3. What would happen if I dropped the phrase “I don’t know” for one month? 4. What would happen if I claimed one word as my identity this month? (Writer. Explorer. Builder. Teacher.) 5. What would happen if I stopped apologizing for wanting more? 6. What would happen if I let myself be seen as a beginner? 7. What would happen if I stopped over-explaining my choices? 8. What would happen if I said no to one role I’ve outgrown? 9. What would happen if I leaned into one skill I’ve minimized? 10. What would happen if I behaved like someone who trusts herself? 11. What would happen if I stopped deferring to others in decisions? 12. What would happen if I gave myself permission to change publicly? 13. What would happen if I stopped hiding one part of myself? 14. What would happen if I treated my interests as serious? 15. What would happen if I stopped saying “this is just how I am”?

Path: Identity & Direction My Question: How would I feel if I replaced each “I want to quit” thought with “My life is full of opportunities”? Big Book of Me: Reinforced that my brain naturally looks for the “gaps” and thrives on fixing them. It’s a strong skill. But rather than see it as “glass half empty” thinking, I shift towards “abundance” thinking?
