Diet and Workout Updated - 60 Days specific for my current schedule.
I've updated my workout and diet for the next 60 days, check it out under the "60 Days" tab at my1mportfolio.com. Still a work in progress, but everything is built around my actual life. I don't have extra time to dedicate purely to working out, so I stopped pretending I do. Three short, intense weight sessions a week for strength gain, that's my only "just working out" time. Then every evening I'm doing bodyweight work while I hang out with the kids. Two birds, one stone. The diet is where the real results come from since I am already carrying a lot of muscle so I just need to trim fat. I've run this exact plan before, so I know what to expect which is predictable fat loss, minimal guesswork. That said, it's not for everyone. If you have pre-existing conditions, diabetes, or you're just starting out, please ease into something that actually works for your situation first. Let me know what you think! I will be changing this weekly to fit my current schedule.
90 Day Fitness Challenge
Starting in April I will begin uploading a 90 Days workout program and diet for everyone. The workouts can be done with or without weights, so EVERYONE can do them. The diet will only be using food bought from Cotsco, you will actually SAVE money by eating better and losing fat. Let's gooo! I'll be spending the next 2 weeks cleaning up my diet, and slowly getting back into working out. It takes me roughly 2 weeks to get my body used to working out/eating healthy again.

In September 2024, I looked at the number 389 again WTF on my scale. My A1c was 8.8 in 2019 when I ghosted family doc until 2025, and I was on 2000mg of slow-release Metformin. My "vessel" was failing. That’s when I activated my superpower: Pattern Recognition. It's all math to me in everything. I stopped guessing. I started LISTENING TO THE NUMBERS. Asking Are you living your best life? NOPE I WAS STUCK ON LIFE'S TREADMILL HE/SHE QUESTIONS CONTROLS?!? My wife living proof when I am late. So I started asking myself and others right questions. I ask all of you today on Youtube wait until you see me in spandex stuck on a wall promoting Gary Gill 90 challenge. Q: What is the single biggest lie about weight loss? A: That the Gym is the Solution. NO THINK AGAIN 100 pounds no exercise. The gym is for movement; the gym is for looking good. The Kitchen is where you fix the problem. My best friend (and trainer) told me, "Laba, fix the food, then use the gym to move." The reality? 80% of your progress happens in the Kitchen; 20% in the Gym. You cannot out-train a bad diet. Q: How did I go from 8.8 A1c to 7.4—Zero Meds, Zero Cholesterol Issues? ...and no doc since 2019. A: I Switched My "Fuel Source." Think of your body as a high-performance hybrid vehicle. It loves two fuels, but it is MEANT to run on Healthy Fats and Proteins. When you force-feed it sugar and carbs, you create a system overload. Exactly like throwing paper on a camp fire when you need logs to keep it going (you fat or fat input) I used Carnivore to reset my engine and find that warm, clean-burning power of Ketosis. My family doctor said it was the best he had seen my health in 30 years look good in the blood it never lies, so he said how will you make outside look like inside... In my mind fix between ears and create signal not noise again.

Trainer Back today discussed my move to 90 Day Fitness Challenge.
Will have one fun day Sundays after church but during week 6 days zero to little carbs and want 50 pounds by 90 days and weighed in at 352 last time this month at Fam Doc. He was so happy blood work was best it's ever been. Hope more people take their Health as their wealth in 2026. I started my journey at 439 pounds walkers and sciatica... now with weather breaking going to walk everyday and will enjoy summer of 2026. Who else will join the GG March to better life ??? Keto or Carnivore similar family we are designed to eat meat but not advice watch video. I read 3 books changed my life and never felt better I want to take Gary Gill challenge just to keep me honest. I retired as I knew I be dead if kept chasing more money.
