Trainer Back today discussed my move to 90 Day Fitness Challenge.
Will have one fun day Sundays after church but during week 6 days zero to little carbs and want 50 pounds by 90 days and weighed in at 352 last time this month at Fam Doc. He was so happy blood work was best it's ever been. Hope more people take their Health as their wealth in 2026. I started my journey at 439 pounds walkers and sciatica... now with weather breaking going to walk everyday and will enjoy summer of 2026. Who else will join the GG March to better life ??? Are you stuck it starts with simple change or two here and there. Good Luck
