90 Day Fitness Challenge
Starting in April I will begin uploading a 90 Days workout program and diet for everyone.
The workouts can be done with or without weights, so EVERYONE can do them.
The diet will only be using food bought from Cotsco, you will actually SAVE money by eating better and losing fat.
Let's gooo! I'll be spending the next 2 weeks cleaning up my diet, and slowly getting back into working out. It takes me roughly 2 weeks to get my body used to working out/eating healthy again.
