I was stuck. After a promising start, I crashed. In September 2024, I looked at the number 389 again WTF on my scale. My A1c was 8.8 in 2019 when I ghosted family doc until 2025, and I was on 2000mg of slow-release Metformin. My "vessel" was failing. That’s when I activated my superpower: Pattern Recognition.
