The skill of pulling back
One of the hardest lessons I learned as a pro was that discipline isn’t always about pushing it’s about restraint. Some of my best performances came after not forcing sessions when my body was sending warning signs. And as a matter of fact I play at my best when I have the ' I don't give a shit' mindset. I am all about working hard, having routines etc. But you need to find a healthy mix of doing so and still feeling free and loose. What signals does your body give you before performance drops or injuries show up? Do you listen early, or only when things get bad?

New year same you
First of all happy new year to everyone! I hope everyone has a healthy 2026 where you can achieve all your goals. However I need to get this off my chest 😉 Nothing changes today. Yes you can see it as a clean beginning but at the end of the day your mindset and consistency is what will drive real change. It is great to have goals today for the rest of the year, but don’t talk about, BE about it. Make consistency your deadliest weapon this year. Everyone can do amazing workouts or eat really clean 20% Of the days. But the most dangerous athletes? Those are the ones who keep going. Day after day after day. Be dangerous in 2026. And I promise, in one year you’ll be a whole different beast.

Monk mode
I watched your video about monk mode. I feel like i am always in monk mode and I dont know when its time to rest. Also I dont really enjoy anything else except sport. How do I know when to recharge and how do I create more moments of joy?
A reminder!!
“A small reminder for everyone here: Consistency beats motivation. You don’t need a perfect plan—just show up today and do 1 small thing. Progress compounds faster than you think.”
A reminder!!
Midweek check in
What’s up guys! Wednesday is mostly my midweek point of reflection. How are you living up to your standards this week? Is this week going as planned or are things holding you back? If things are going good then keep going. If they aren’t going as planned then now is the time to reflect and make changes! Let me know in the comments
