Use more cluster sets for strength
One of my favorite methods to get stronger is using cluster sets. I’ve seen it work not only for myself but for dozens of athletes. The method is simple: Instead do doing for example 4 reps, you do 2+2 You do 2 reps, rest about 10-15 seconds and then perform the last 2 This will allow you to push just a bit harder and therefore also work at a higher intensity.
