I notice I am pretty tired even though I sleep and eat good. Im still grinding though
Strenght/speed
In one of your videos you talked about strenght and speed and that most athletes are not strong enough. How do you know when you are strong enough and should focus more on speed? So my question right now is how do you know wich one is keeping you back the most for jumping higher at this moment (strenght or speed)?

What are you guys biggest wins this week? What went well for you guys this past week and what did you struggle with?

Last week I did a sprint session and sprained my quadriceps muscle, probably at the insertion point. I tried again this week and it went much better, but I still feel it at the end of the session. Any tips?

Tried the vertical jump program today (mostly sprints and jumps) then went to the gym after. Im feeling good!

Hi, my name is Liz. I play volleyball and I am an outside, but I am pretty small so I am mainly focused on improving my vertical. Im playing at a high level but nowhere near pro (this is also my goal). My height is mostly the problem. I have been working on my vertical for a while, but hope this community will help reaching the next level.
