Nice! One question: wich category does hypertrophy work belong to?

What’s one thing in your training that feels productive but might actually be stalling your progress? (Volume? Exercise selection? Rest times? Not tracking lifts?) Protein matters but it’s not the full picture
Protein gets all the attention. Calories, carbs, and timing often get ignored. Many athletes hit protein goals but still: - Eat too little overall - Fuel poorly around training - Miss recovery windows What do you currently prioritize most in your nutrition: - Protein intake - Total calories - Meal timing - Food quality Which one do you think deserves more attention based on how you’re feeling and performing?

Monk mode
I watched your video about monk mode. I feel like i am always in monk mode and I dont know when its time to rest. Also I dont really enjoy anything else except sport. How do I know when to recharge and how do I create more moments of joy?
