Just finished Lower 6. So good. If you like cardio I recommend. It mixes band with cardio warm up. Tomorrow is Upper 7.

Lower 8 Glutes and Upper 10
Like these workouts. The lower one was very focused, no cardio, but still managed to sweat. Greater for lower back and glutes. Upper 10 included cardio with reg warmups and down back up jump , pushups and mtns between sets.
