Really good one. Lots of squats, lots of cardio. Great for lower back and glutes strengthening.

Wow! This was a real challenge. I was traveling and then sick for a bit so missed a few workouts, then Thanksgiving. Needed this. All cardio with strength moves included through push ups and squats. If you want to sweat and feel worked out. This is it.

Good one. Bands, lower body. No jumping but def sweaty. Recommend.
