Strong Dads train and/or do some type of movement each and every day. Train with a purpose and goal in mind. Achieve 3-5 days of strength training and 1-2 conditioning sessions each week.
What is everyone doing cardio-wise? I’m trying to do a few days a week of running and biking with about 2 of the 3 focused on about 45 minutes of zone 2 work, and one day focused on sprints and higher intensity stuff. Thoughts on this as a supplement to 2-3 days of weight training?
