What is everyone doing cardio-wise? I’m trying to do a few days a week of running and biking with about 2 of the 3 focused on about 45 minutes of zone 2 work, and one day focused on sprints and higher intensity stuff. Thoughts on this as a supplement to 2-3 days of weight training?
What do you recommend for your higher intensity days? Current goals are injury prevention and improving performance on golf course while maintaining current strength, speed and endurance baseline.
