Texas Self Storage Association e-Lease

From what I understand, the TSSA eLease is an additional yearly licensing subscription, so it does not come automatically with the membership.

If you're operating in Texas, have you used the TSSA eLease with your system such as ESS? If you don't use eLease, what else do use? I'd figured the TSSA eLease would be the easiest and saftest way to go (just don't like that they charge you extra even for members).
