New to the community!

Hi all! I'm Ron. Just a little over a year into my REI journey. I'm sure like most other investors, I started with residential properties (fix/flip) but got struck by the self storage investing bug in June of 2024. I was hooked since. So now I'm starting to move my way into this awesome commercial class. One question I have is actually for
