Equity partners wanted for stabilized facility

Looking for a lending opportunity? Here is a great opportunity to invest in a stabilized facility in Kentucky with the opportunity to get 15% returns per year for the next two years. We are looking to swap out our debt investors with a few equity investors. Looking for 600,000 for 16% equity in our facility. This will be a second position lien as the bank is in the first position.

All information is in the attached document. All projections are based on recent conversations with brokers in the market.
