That’s great man. It’s amazing to see things move in the way the projections are. We just crossed 20k a month on one of my facilities that started at 9k a month about 2 years ago.

@Dave DeMink yes sir. It’s one of those times where we definitely doubled the value of the property although we did pay a little bit for future equity

@Gabriel Petsios you should’ve already got the online form but in reference to this we are pretty open but currently owned in western Kentucky Indiana so do you like those markets and eastern Tennessee. if they’re near one of our other facilities we would pretty much consider anything, if they are standalone or we can remote manage we would prefer over 20,000 ft. But would consider less square footage if it was priced right

Equity partners wanted for stabilized facility
Update: we have about 300,000 committed so far. Looking for a lending opportunity? Here is a great opportunity to invest in a stabilized facility in Kentucky with the opportunity to get 15% returns per year for the next two years. We are looking to swap out our debt investors with a few equity investors. Looking for 600,000 for 16% equity in our facility.
