Hey everyone! I’m Ashley, a CPA with 10+ years of experience and a real estate nerd who’s currently diving into storage space (I'm in the middle of searching for my first facility now 🙃).

Since I have an accounting background, I’ve been helping other investors clean up their books and set up systems that actually make sense for real estate. I’m slowly building up a small client list and thought I’d mention it here in case anyone’s been meaning to get a handle on their numbers or wants someone who actually understands NOI, CapEx, and rent rolls.
