what is the karma of a creep, and getting help from the universe for money?

so the issue with me is that I've creeped out a lot of women recently during my call center job. and the audacity with which I'm writing this post is commendable! (I wrote this sentence to disarm you from writing your real feelings about me down in the comments, but please don't keep anything inside of you. write it down, and I'll digest the words I deserve to hear, albeit painful. thank you!)

I never sexualised them in my mind (sometimes I had fantasies about some women in my life whom I didn't date), but could just not stop staring at them, especially the beautiful ones.

I've ruined my aura and energy so much by masturbating that I have low confidence around girls and women, and I easily get distracted by their presence.

so, what will be the karma I'll face? I don't want to face the discomfort, but the universe will definitely balance me out with my wrongdoings, right?

also, I'm planning to move out of my home tomorrow with no money, as I've leeched my father too much within and after graduation.

I'm also out of the eligibility criteria of most jobs that offer amazing employee wellbeing benefits.

I've treated careers like I'm a backbencher, and now suffering in real life with the heavy competition and AI-zation of jobs, and wasting time on reels, youtube videos (mentally masturbating to these) and demolished my attention span to the point it's non-existent.

please suggest me ways to get help from the universe, and please don't sell your services as I can't pay for it (I only have 15 INR in my bank account).
