When I get lost or pulled into thoughts and feelings trying to reaffirm old attachments, I simply think, what would the me i'm becoming want to do now? What would they feel now? what would they think? All you have to do is drop that attachment if it is not a part of who you are becoming and take your next step toward who you want to be. Who you are. No more tying myself up in worry or doubt- that was the old me, and here I Am Now.
