Does anyone here have OCD?
It can be scary and really mess me up sometimes, but I realized that since I’ve dealt with intrusive thoughts all my life, I’ve gotten good at ignoring them, so I can use that same skill on any thoughts now to detach. OCD then, was like a sort of training ground 🤔
Just a thought for today (I need to level up so I can do the chakra meditations 😆)
