Heart medicine side effects

I have POTS - a condition where I pass out or get dizzy when I stand up too fast or eat. I take a medicine that cures this called Fludrocortisone. It’s helped me tremendously with being a functional human being. I used to be practically bed bound. But I noticed that since I was on this med I no longer am AWARE of my guides visiting me. I used to feel them every night and I spoke in weird languages my husband recorded and had super vivid dreams. But that hasn’t happened the last few years I’ve been on the med. I saw a tik tok the other day that said it has an ingredient in the med that calcifies the pineal gland. I can’t remember the ingredient- but maybe lythium or lead or something that surprised me. My life path has continued to be great and I’m having a lot of new ideas and experiences so I think my guides are still with me and working their magic but I’m just not conscious and actively participating. I feel like the trade off is ok and I should continue the med. What do you think? Has anyone ever heard of this or experienced it?
